NatEnzyme Soft Muffin & Cake
Powdered adjuvant for the production of muffins, plum-cakes, doughnut etc. It allows the elimination of emulsifiers in general, like E471, E481, E322, etc. It considerably improves the shelf life, the softness, the volume and the texture of the finished product. It does not require any labeling in the finished product.
